How To Use :

• Set Your Intention: Before lighting your herbs, define your purpose, such as clearing negative energy, inviting peace, or cleansing a new space.
• Prepare the Space: Open windows or doors to allow smoke and negative energy to exit.
• Light the Smudge Stick: Light your sage or herb bundle, allowing it to flame for a few seconds before blowing it out gently, so it smolders.
• Waft with the Feather: Hold the smudge stick in your non-dominant hand and the feather wand in your dominant hand. Use gentle, sweeping motions with the feather to guide the smoke toward corners, doorways, or around yourself, similar to painting strokes in the air.
• Cleanse Yourself or Others: To smudge a person, use the feather to direct smoke from the top of the head down to the feet, focusing on areas of tension or the heart center.
• Focus on Problem Areas: Direct extra smoke into room corners, under furniture, and in closets, where energy can become stagnant.
• Extinguish Safely: When finished, press the smoldering end into a heat-resistant container (like an abalone shell) until the smoke stops completely
